THE MISSIONS
At NEO2, Human Resources Partners (M/F) work closely in collaboration with the business managers.
Your tasks :
- Management of job postings on various job boards (Indeed, Linkedin, Jobteaser, etc.).
- Sourcing/hunting for candidates through traditional and direct approaches.
- Prequalification and interviews in person or via teams.
- Monitoring candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Preparation and presentation of contracts.
Cross-functional HR projects: you may occasionally be involved in various projects related to employer branding (job fairs, forums, after-work events, establishing partnerships with schools, etc.).
As a Human Resources Partner, you will play a key role in the development of NEO2 Belgium. As a result, your goal and your tasks will evolve with our growth.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
You have completed 5 years of university education. you already have some experience in recruitment, and if possible in recruiting engineers.
You are curious, proactive, and comfortable with oral communication. You have a hunter's temperament and thrive on being efficient.
Fluent in English, you are fully proficient in French or in Dutch.
