401 k match, paid time off
Benefits have gotten better over the years. It helps to be at the company for longer as your PTO accrues quickly over time. There is a wellness incentive that is easy to complete in order to qualify for free HMO / reduced PPO health insurance plans (although I personally would prefer if PPO premium could be fully covered). 401K matching is great. They also implemented a corporate day off the last Friday of every month during covid. 60% discount off products was also a fantastic perk.
amazing people and benefits! we get the last Friday of the month off which has been huge for burnout.
So many wellness perks, they really care about employees and it shows.

benefits are good - includes 401k with corp match up to certain %, good health insurance, 50% or more off products MSRP, stipends to help with daycare costs at places like bright horizons, stock incentives over time for sr director and above at bonus time, generous vacation policy.
