« Excellent health insurance scheme. Up to 85% for most of the cases, and 100% in accidents (there are very few reasonable exceptions). »
- Heures réduites ou flexibles(11 commentaires)
« Flexible hours of starting and finishing the work. It is partly dependent on your line manager, but i changed few position and units in the EC and it was always flexible »
The social security is separate from the Belgian system. It's as good as the one in Belgium, which is very good on average
Balancing free time and work, meeting a lot of new people, sometimes stressful
No many benefits for interns
very good medical cover and pension scheme + lots of help with outher issues, rental etc
Great social security benefits offered
Good pension, leave and health insurance
The funniest thing: the subsidised Commission canteen with Belgian fries costing little to nothing.
flexibility, it is easy to benefit from them
Precariorus with yearly renewals up to 6 years max if needed by the unit. No canteen, hot desking/open office, no reward for performance. No internal competitions for CAST. No company phone, no 13th/14th/performance bonus,no retirement given that you will never reach 10 years as CAST, terrible management. Almost impossible internal mobility for CAST.. No chances for upward mobility or indefinite contract. Poor work/life balance. Unpaid overtime. You will do the exact job, with better performance of the AD5 JPPs but with less money and no access to internal competitons. Teleworking from abroad is not allowed.. Micromanagement. Poor socioeconomic diversity.
