The vacation package is very attractive. Starting with 10 days + 10 floating holidays
it was ok to be there
Excellent benefits, along with first three days of training provided lunch, drinks, including, coffee! Worst part was extremely intense, yet, necessary training in such a short time. Could use more focused one-on-one training, due to the seriousness of the job. Overall, great company for young folks ready to earn a living, and currently residing nearby, in Kentucky. You live anywhere else, and the commute alone is most likely exhausting itself!

It was just average. The typical warehouse work environment, where all the senior level management are white men and women, as if the company couldn't find or recruit people of color to lead and manage other people of color. My supervisor was a woman who sought out 'easy' employees that she could pick on, because she, herself was being picked on by her managers. Good hours, until your supervisor doesn't like you for calling out with time that the company gives you. They also refused to place me on the shift I was hired for.
