J'ai travaillé chez State Street à plus de 3 ans

    Avantages

As an intern, State Street will not only accommodate your class schedule as an university student, they'll also accommodate what departments you'd like to gain experience in. Full time workers have a fair amount of work flexibility, but as an intern your schedule is fixed to what you agree on with HR and your team. Lots of good experience, and they'll generally keep you on for as long as you want. Also, your coworkers are generally very supportive and enthusiastic about having interns, and will attempt to give you more work if you ask for it.

    Inconvénients

Work can sometimes be dull; teams aren't always prepared to offer meaningful work to interns who will come and go in just four months, so you often get stuck doing work which could be done by a program (or trained monkeys). Be prepared to fill your downtime meaningfully or be proactive about asking for projects. If you want to get hired on here after your internship, make sure to apply when they're not in a "hiring pause." When I graduated, the only job postings were in India.
