Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and it is fantastic to see all of the positives that you have working with us and we agree on all of your points as we do have good pay and bonuses and the staff phone plan and discounts as well as our other benefits make o2 a great place to work. Working in Retail we do need to have our targets but we will feedback your point that you feel the targets can be very high. Again with Retail, weekend work is needed and we don't believe that is just unique to o2 but we do our best to manage the rotas in store so that it is not every weekend that our staff have to work and with iphone it is always a popular launch and we do have to come in early to be prepared for our customers but it only happens once or twice a year. Customer excellence and Qudini is a farce Regional Managers only care about numbers and turn a blind eye to fraudulent activity. So much pressure to hit KPIs Staffing issues have been getting worse. The company is losing more people then gaining them. Salary is the lowest in the sector. Management slack while advisers make up for the slack. Impossible to get time off due to staffing issues.
