      Avantages

      Amazing portfolio of brands (The North Face, Vans, Timberland etc), very good facilities and highly international environment. Overall, young and easy going atmosphere with a lot of very talented professionals. Competitive salaries.

      Inconvénients

      Recently not performing as expected, hence some reorganizations and layoffs. The long term strategy is not always very clear and leadership changes are quite frequent. Some changes take long to be implemented.
