    Approuve le PDG

Je travaille chez NRG Energy à plein temps (Pendant plus de 10 ans)

    Avantages

Great pay and benefits. Excellent leadership and support from upper management. Company is very involved and has many programs for their employees.

    Inconvénients

It's the energy market! Who knows what's going to happen tomorrow. Outlook is always subject to change but that's with the industry not the company.

    Conseils à la direction

Strong leaders make for a strong company. Keep up the good work.

    Point de vue positif

J'ai travaillé chez NRG Energy (Plus d'un an)

    Avantages

Good pay, good bonus, good benefits. People were good to work with and for. Safety for employees was very important. The culture was "Safety before production" and "Environment before production"

    Inconvénients

No medical benefits when you retire or leave company. No acknowledgement for going above and beyond you job description. Not much communication between upper management and middle management.

    Conseils à la direction

Need to give out bonuses based on individual performance. Every year bonuses were paid out the same, didn't matter if you were an over achiever or a slacker.
