    Avantages

Outstanding culture that values everyone who works there. Top global clients in the industries served by the firm. Company values geared towards making our people and clients successful. Rapid growth culture. Outstanding professional development opportunities.

    Inconvénients

With rapid growth comes a struggle to attract the talent needed to support it. Can be a little slow to react to market opportunity to the fullest potential.

    Conseils à la direction

Continue to communicate growth strategy clearly to all. Continue to invest in our people as we grow.

    Avantages

Client work is always leading edge - the retail industry specialty is a big plus. The people here are great to work with. Good diversity of project types with very quick growth opportunities at all titles.

    Inconvénients

Like all consulting firms travel is a real part of the job every week and work life balance can be a challenge

    Conseils à la direction

Continue to recruit at all levels - campus and industry even in a difficult economy. Now may be the best time to build for the future even if that requires a near term investment
