Avantages
I had a good experience as an intern at Katrium. The team was friendly, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the remote and flexible work environment, which made it easier to balance the internship with my studies. I also had the chance to work on different tasks, especially in HR and candidate communication. This helped me gain practical experience, become more confident, and learn more about how the company works.
Inconvénients
Some tasks could move quite fast, so at the beginning it took me a little time to get used to the workflow and the amount of information. However, the team was helpful whenever I needed guidance.
