It's small so you get to do a lot of different stuff. At first the stuff I was doing was interesting and fun, but it became repetitive and boring. My supervisors trusted me to get my work done and left me alone to do so; no one hovered around making sure I wasn't slacking off.

Long hours: you can't even get anything done on your lunchbreak because very likely nothing you need to do is in Andes. Management can be kind of dense and I was never really sure what their long-term business plan was. It seemed like everything we tried to get done took way longer and much more manpower than it should have. Day-to-day operations seemed very inefficient. A lot of the work I did I would rather have done from home which would have left me lots more time to get on with my own life rather than spending every hour every day all alone in a tiny office. Which reminds me that very often I was all alone which after a while is not very fun.

    Conseils à la direction

Try to be more attuned to what the market is looking for and where in the market places that you could sneak in and fill might be rather than just selling things you personally think are cool.
