High Turnover and Concerns About Leadership
Avantages
Meeting a lot of people!
Inconvénients
Over the past few years, I’ve observed a concerning level of turnover at GOS, with key leadership roles such as two CFOs, one Vice President, and multiple Sales Directors leaving the company. The high turnover rate, particularly in leadership, suggests that there may be underlying issues with employee satisfaction and retention. Feedback from former employees indicates a general sense of dissatisfaction, which is a red flag for any workplace. It’s worth noting that such turnover and negative sentiments are not typically indicative of a healthy, sustainable work environment. In addition, I have some concerns about the management style of Mr. Otte. There have been ongoing discussions among staff about how leadership could be more supportive and respectful, particularly in terms of communication and team dynamics. Finally, I’ve also noticed an effort to encourage current employees to leave overly positive reviews, which could potentially mislead prospective job seekers and does not fully capture the reality of the workplace culture. Overall, while there are areas with potential, the company would benefit from addressing these leadership and communication challenges to foster a more positive and stable environment for employees.
