- 5,013 avr. 2023AnalystEmployé actuel, plus de 3 ansLuxembourg
Avantages
- extremely interesting job - excellent benefits (days of leave, salary, flexi days off if you work more than 8h, in-house sports facilities/swimming pool) - great opportunity to grow (if you show interest in gaining responsibility they will very quickly treat you as an officer and give you increased responsibilities such as having your own portfolio) - excellent work/life balance - internal mobility (i.e. after the GRAD programme, once you become an officer, you could start working in the legal dept as a lawyer and end up working as officer in portfolio management or risk management, great chance to develop new skills)
Inconvénients
- GRAD contracts are CDDs (usually one year) and not CDIs so you need to request multiple extensions if you want to stay longer - many teams don’t have budgets to let GRADs stay as officers (although the good thing is that if you have 3 years of work experience you can apply to internal vacancies to become an officer at another team)
