Avantages

Lots of technology available. The company exists within the meta-verse, which is novel. The splits are generous.

Inconvénients

The company leadership promotes new agent recruitment above time tested commercial real estate principles. The overall vibe was pretty icky, and there are many agents and companies associated with this firm that are only engaged in recruitment---not selling real estate. This company will be a flash in the pan once the word gets out how they do business. Leadership promotes "resi-mmercial" salesmanship, a cross between selling residential real estate and commercial. The two industries are not the same, and they should be separate based on skill set.

Avantages

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

Inconvénients

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
