Nothing is good. Forced to work overtime everyday No management and time schedule No any designer so do design own in project and at last movement change whole design in every project and owner give you all changes after 8:00 PM so you have to work late night. No any appreciate on late work or hard work. They have no trust on employee. Company take a cheque and deduct INR:2000 every month from employee as security of 2 years bond. And while you leave company they will give your all deducted money after one month.
