      Avantages

      Freedom: they offer a lot of self-directive opportunities to make your own schedule and work. Great people: coworkers/colleagues are friendly and nice. Provide span to learn: highly encourage self-learning.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership: little direction and guidance on expectations from upper management. Especially from the CEO. Little opportunity for growth: they are penny-pinchers when it comes to raises or salary bumps. Don't practice what they preach: they champion "IT productivity/security" yet don't practice a lot of the fundamentals they talk about.

      Avantages

      Flexible WFH/remote schedule, fair base salary, excellent leadership, lots of floating holidays.

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding lacks structure so first month was a struggle. Benefits expensive and not awesome, and only 5 days PTO for first whole year.
