      Avantages

      Nice company, great people, excellent location. Great place to improve technical skills, a great team of developers.

      Inconvénients

      The company grew with the popularity of instant messaging (especially MSN) and declined when MSN did. The company didn't manage to get enough users on their own new messaging platform (similar to Whatsapp / Viber) and run out of money. The business model was not that great (users first, cash later).

      Avantages

      International atmosphere A lot of people to learn from Lots of room for your own initiatives A fun environment

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of opportunities to grow vertically in your career since it is a very flat organization. There is little formal training nor a clear profile of what an employee should know or should be able to do.

      Avantages

      Stimulating workplace, great colleagues (fun and talented people), variety in cultures, good integration (expat relocation, dutch lessons, company events). Amazing location on the Amsterdam's canals. Through Agile : high level of responsibility given to employees, and fast response to change

      Inconvénients

      Awesome place for experts and specialists who also want to get a grasp at other technologies - Flat structure may limit long-term personal growth plans
