Avantages
Sky is the limit with growth if you are willing to learn and grab opportunities. Family atmosphere. No stuffy management. Tons of autonomy. Perfect mix of working with a team but owning your own work. I am a working mom of little kids and TAG has been extremely supportive in work/life balance. When needing to pump at work, I always felt comfortable and accommodated in a private space (I disagree completely with former employee feedback on this). The Company is extremely generous. Employees are rewarded with trips; i.e. Lake Tahoe, San Diego - everything paid for for. Awesome holiday parties. Celebrations in the office for just about anything; birthdays, holidays, baby and wedding showers. The environment is fun but very hardworking. Very little voluntary turnover - once you're in, you are lucky to call TAG home.
Inconvénients
The atmosphere isn't going to work for everyone. If you prefer a ton of structure and metrics and you have a difficult time being flexible, this isn't the environment for you.
