      Avantages

      The upside is the company is so short handed, you pick the schedule you want. The co workers are generally nice.

      Inconvénients

      The company failed to disclose in the hiring process of the arduous task of filling bags of ice in all weather conditions into a cooler on a loading dock. Coolers weigh in excess of 60lbs, compact SUV is not suitable, constantly maneuvering heavy coolers to have enough space. Vehicles are not properly cleaned. Salary not commensurate for the toll it will take on your body. Route times are not realistic. Expect to work well over 10 hours on a route that is scheduled for 8. You eat your lunch on the route, no time for breaks

      If you like driving long hours, it's ok.

      Inconvénients

      Be prepared for VERY heavy lifting. Coolers and boxes are 50 to 100 or more pounds and you lift them alone. Usually 10 or more coolers per run. Schedules for the next week come out on Sunday evening so you have zero idea what you're doing for the week. Remote supervisor in my area was mostly unavailable for questions or problems. Employees dress very inappropriately for the job. Representing a company wearing cut offs and crop shirts doesn't speak well for them. Hard to reach dispatch when you need them. Vehicles get used for personal use and aren't available when needed for jobs. Management is aware and doesn't care.
