      None!!! It was once an awesome place to work. After 3 owners it's been decimated.

      The new owners stopped paying employees in November.

      Avantages

      wonderful products. truly thought out and tested for consumer satisfaction.

      Inconvénients

      money management. budgeting is not a concept. blaming scams and bad decisions on others and not taking ownership that you just screwed up. not paying people and choosing who gets paid is against the law. not adhering to Texas employment regulations, notating you paid money to insurance, 401K, HSA but never did but it is reflected in paychecks that the money was taken out of our pay. So where is the money. Not communicating we have no insurance.
