Senior Management is appalling. Bullying tactics and God complexes are in abundance! If Snr Management take a dislike to you, leave...fast. I have witnessed the most awful treatment of staff with blatant disregard of respect. No atmosphere as staff too nervous to speak half the time so be prepared to work in absolute silence!
