      Hybrid working is available and good peer support.

      Inconvénients

      They make massive operational changes over and over again. It creates angry clients and the young managers don’t know how to implement process changes or stand up for their teams. The leadership team tend to gaslight staff to get what they want.

      Unfriendly workplace, if your face fit, you’ll be ok. Young senior leadership team that would make major changes that made zero sense at the drop of a hat. Style over substance
