Big company, small people - Avis employé Account Manager TransPerfect

Burn out mentality, pay is below average while work is definitely above. My manager (I can't speak for the others) was non existent and to be true fairly incompetent. If you are an Account Manager you need to reach a certain amount of New Business before being promoted, but the activities related to Account Management take 99% of time and therefore you do not have time to pursue new business, so the growth criteria is quite unfair to the ones who manage big accounts with a lot of existing business to handle.
