Avantages

Many offices around the globe

Inconvénients

STAY AWAY!!! Poor management, lack of professionalism, no training, poor compensation, long hours, lack of regard for employee health or well being. This company is the most dysfunctional place i have ever worked. The company is owned by 2 individuals who cannot get along. I personally have witnessed several fights and these events have led to ongoing litigation's. There is no training provided to employees and they invest NOTHING in furthering anyone's knowledge or career. There is a tremendous amount of title inflation, the majority of "director's within the company are 24-28 year old college grad with nothing more that a BA degree and 2-4 years work experience. During the hiring process you are promised bonuses and promotions which you will likely never see. Salaries are very low, only those who befriend the right people or joined the company very early on are the ones that make ridiculous amounts of commission from all the work everyone else does. The work life balance is terrible. You are expected to ALWAYS be online and work day and night. I have had coworkers get sick from the long hours and stressful environment. Company doesn't provide any official sick days so you have to used your hard earned vacation time to recuperate from the hell they put you through.

Avantages

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Inconvénients

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
