      Office environment is not awesome - old and lacks modern conveniences Strategy changes all the time, no clear vision No clear direction, leaders often have opposing views Pay is not competitive Not enough people to get the work done, everyone does a job and a half

      Avantages

      Tea delivers on its brand promise. Beautiful, unique designs; high-quality kids apparel; gives back 10% of profits. Lots of dedicated, passionate people work there. Small company feels like family. Very entrepreneurial environment, lots of support for owning and trying new ideas. It's a special brand and great place to work!

      Inconvénients

      You wear lots of hats at Tea. Upside is you can learn and grow, but downside is the risk of burnout and/or lack of work/life balance.
