      Avantages

      I have worked for two years with Zynga and for a couple of months with Take2. Very smooth transition between the companies. The company takes care of their employees, has very good compensation, and great career diversity.

      good but not great benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very disorganized management and company. T2 is basically a holding company and lets the labels, especially Rockstar, have free rein to do what they want with no accountability to T2 management. T2 employees always criticize Rockstar and their employees as arrogant. Workplace is a cluster with no real input and are at the mercy of the labels and their directions - just puppets bending to the whims of the labels. Very difficult to make change
