-Zero Training - Minimal appreciation - Owner Ron will scream at you - Lots of Negative, Pointless Meetings - Super High Corporate Turnover, Which leads to many people really not knowing whats going on or how to do things. - Expect Very low budgets and a very long list of needs for repairs and tools just to get through the day. - Toxic day to day work environment from the top down.. - Low wages and high turnover as a result - Expect to work 7 days a week to do your job and cover for the people who quit. - Expect to do the work of multiple people all the time. - Expect to do many many things not in your job description. - Be prepared for the Bait N Switch! - Interview: Everything is Amazing and Perfect.
