Very cheap ownership. Never worked for a management company that didn’t mulch the property in the spring. Roofs on the buildings are original to the construction of the property and are about 15 years past replacement. They were the builders of the property and the construction of the buildings wouldn’t pass code the way it’s written today. No trust from corporate and upper management in the knowledge and experience of its staff and professionals. The amount of time that my expertise was in question and always had at least 2 more people to come up with the same conclusion as my original diagnosis before there was follow through. Good people leave or get let go for no other reason than the arrogance of upper management who micro manage and scrutinize all who walk through the employment door. I was laughed at when I was leaving the previous employer for T&R and was told I would hate it and those people weren’t wrong. So much more to unpack with this management company’s cons that I’m sure other reviews will cover all that I know I missed out of, these were just glaring issues that I’ve yet to encounter, in my 12 years of maintenance at any other management company until I worked for T&R for 6 months.
