The product is getting better every day and our clients really appreciate the fact that their feedback is what influences the direction of the product. SIS only promotes from within. Hard work pays off and individuals earn the right/opportunity to lead.
Inconvénients
Nothing about working for a small/midsize company is easy. It requires a lot of discipline and time to grow a company; it doesn't happen overnight. To me this is not a "con", but I know it's to others; especially if they want instant gratification or expect a handout. You will not survive at SIS if you're not fully committed to the team you're on and the work you do. It's to obvious too leadership.
