      I really can not think of one good reason.

      Inconvénients

      Owner/President has failed to pay commissions owed on time/ took for granted too much. Zero appreciation for excellent workers whether Recruiters/Sales/ or anyone.

      ZERO, it is not a we environment but a you and I.

      Inconvénients

      When you do fantastic, there is zero appreciation, zero acknowledgement. Slave driving managers in India over recruiting. CEO is a user and zero personality. Not honest with paying his sales exec on time.
