      1. District stability and program funding is great! 2. Many TOSA opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      1. Teachers aren't paid for any extra duty (including PD/trainings) during breaks/weekends. 2. Expected to attend extra meetings/events without pay. 3. Admin support is lacking at many schools.
