Inconvénients
Wow, where do I start? Low morale, high turnover, intentionally slow promotion process but they're quick to give you someone else's work when they inevitably quit, you’re practically forced to tell the president/your manager if you’re thinking about leaving, directors and managers that have zero idea what they’re doing and will blame you when they get something wrong, clients who basically want you to kiss up to them and management who will punish you for standing up for yourself, this is a company of less than 40 with at least 5-10 people looking for new jobs at a time, racist leadership, micro aggressions through the roof, verbally abusive president who also gossips about everyone, inappropriate behavior and race “jokes” from directors to senior managers to the president that’s constantly swept under rug by HR, ironically poor communication, driving to the office just to take virtual meetings, and to top it off: the president will lie and say these reviews were left by someone who didn’t work there for long. People quit without having anything else lined up. I'd say that I hated working there, but that'd be an understatement.
