      Avantages

      Working hours can be a bit flexible (but not full flexible), lots of learning experience especially in the oil & gas industry, a small consulting entity part of a much bigger organisation (Wood plc).

      Inconvénients

      Bonus and increment to support staff were pitiful, conflict of interest, no clear or stable directive from the management, no opportunity for growth/ non-existence of next role.
