      Avantages

      Hybrid working model. Little contact from management.

      Inconvénients

      The land of lost promises. Was lied to, not supported, didn't drive projects and wasted money. Cut employees, didn't pay vendors, and just avoided all conversations.

      Avantages

      Designed and developed the software for a system to refill inkjet cartridges. Was able to exercise all my skills, learned fluidics, vacuum systems. Worked with a good team of smart developers.

      Inconvénients

      CEOs changed rapidly near the end, company focus and morale was lost and then Covid decimated our market. In the end I was the last developer and the last manager provided no support against office intrigues, making working there uncomfortable.
