      Avantages

      Ability to work remotely. The 90% of the staff is a team environment, especially those who have been around for several years. I made many friends while working at gen-E.

      Inconvénients

      The stability of the company is very concerning. When the CEO and upper management came in they cleaned house. Unfortunately, no one knows when it will stop. The Resolve product works but so do many others in its space. I think the market has spoken on Resolve and that the company will either be sold or fold in the next year or two.

      Encourages team members to be open and excel in our respective areas of expertise as well as areas were employees would like to grow their skill sets.
