Avantages
The office location is great up the hillside in San Clemente. During lunch you can walk out to your car and cry while you eat your sack lunch over the fact you are working for so little and asked to do so much. Personally I love the views and while surfing the job boards looking for jobs I can enjoy the view of the distant Pacific Ocean.
Inconvénients
Let's start with the pay. It's low. I mean, really low. I live in my parents basement (like my manager and many of the others on his staff.) They promise big commissions but most of the sales people that can close deals are gone. Not my problem, like I mentioned my sack lunches are wonderful out in my used car as I look out over San Clemente and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Did I mention how great the views were from the parking lot? Last week I managed to get three appointments lined up with outside sales - actual hot leads - but as we have minimal sales support left - all of the calls were cancelled and so I don't get paid again. Back to the car to enjoy the views.
