      Avantages

      - Great team of nice, intelligent people. Everybody is super supportive of everybody else. - relatively flat structure without office politics. If there’s an area of the business you’d like to specialize in, you probably can achieve that. - owners really care about the employees and company culture. - fully remote with lots of effort to connect team members.

      Inconvénients

      - because it serves the K12 industry, it will have busy seasons and down times - no equity component to compensation

      Authentic and grounded senior leadership and management. Valuable mission. Truly empathetic leadership and colleagues. Professional and experienced colleagues, while still able to be laid back and have fun.

      Avantages

      Fully remote, in fact they pride themselves on being "Remote First". In this day and age, that's great as that shows trust for your employees. Chill atmosphere, no goofy office politics. Even though it's a fully remote role they try their best to have events where we can fly out and connect with each other (company paid). Professional growth looks great, everyone is very helpful and wants to see you succeed.

      Inconvénients

      If you don't like being fully remote, or being in the k-12 education space, this isn't the job\company for you.
