Avantages
- A lot of smart and friendly people - Variety of projects - Typically around 4 weeks of professional development per year - New laptops every 2 years as part of the package - A lot of promotion internally as the company grows (CIO, CDO, Delivery Managers were previous consultants) - I've never been pressured by Readify to work over time - Huge variety of cultures keeps things interesting
Inconvénients
- Need to be self-driven / take ownership of your own career - Darlinghurst office is a bit average but it's being replaced by a new one in the CBD - Would like to see more social events but it's hard with a distributed work force & people with families
