Avantages
My work location is Chennai Corporate office and Good office environment, General shifts only and Currently(October 2017) all the Wind energy manufacturing sector is completely down and only this company is surviving temporarily. But I'm not sure how long this situation also.
Inconvénients
Increment is not so good, only 6% to 8% will get yearly. No job security from Sr.VP to Office Boy level. The company will through you out if they want to cut down the employee size and only give you 2 months of basic from your salary. Your Sincerity and hard work and past contribution will never be considered. You can't claim your EL untill you are relieving from company, even while relieving also the EL can be encashed from your basic salary only.
