One of the worse run companies ever, consistently bordering on bankruptcy and stiffing employees. - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) ReCellular

Avantages

Good idea, saving money for consumers and saving the environment. Feel good to save landfills from used cellphones. Local Ann Arbor company, not one of many left. Been around a long time but new management team the worst.

Inconvénients

Lousy leadership, top heavy management team. Fly in executives from around the country, give them a car and rent them a townhouse and repeatedly lay off most of the workers. Too many do nothing Vice Presidents and an HR department that creates policies designed to cheat employees and suppliers out of due rewards while enhancing a culture of failure, catty fiefdoms and supposed big company rules and and procedures. In fairness, hard to make money in this industry but fast and nimble is required and this place is ponderous at best based on lack of leadership.
