      Very friendly colleagues and pleasant working dynamics.Able to witness the development of social charities in China as well as other global communities.

      Inconvénients

      The branch in China is expanding very fast recently and the diverse programmes might take some time to be high-quality.

      Great experience for people looking to help the community and gain leadership experience while exploring rural India. Also a great experience for team-building skills.

      Inconvénients

      Perhaps more interaction with the locals for the work involved and more options for projects to choose from.
