Avantages
Nothing positive, need to change management to save RLE INDIA especially electronics management.
Inconvénients
Post 2015 leadership team not brought single business, zero contribution Hardly none in project and EeSe team. Even staffing team lacks leadership and one by one is leaving. Poor mechanical guys work hard and getting single digit appraisal. None of the leadership team has industry connection. Only giving fake statements on project projections, no project came in real.
