      Avantages

      I did not find any best reason to join. The best reason may be they provide good biscuits to eat with tea.

      Inconvénients

      there are lot of bad things about the company. 1) very bad and ugly management. Managers are not educated properly. all managers are diplomo holders and not even engineers 2) this is recruitment/consultancy company but branch is RLE. do not get fooled. The management is full of cheets

      Good compensation and benefits. A collaborative work environment.

      Avantages

      People were cool. There were opportunities for advancement within the facility. Work was hands on and really engaging.

      Inconvénients

      Ford and RLE Engineering failed to solve major issues with Transit Van up-fit resulting in the facility shutting down. Everyone was laid off.
