      Avantages

      -individual attention -great medical benefits -flexible schedule -nice regular people running the company - doesn’t feel impersonal like at bigger companies -compensation is competitive for a small firm

      Inconvénients

      -disorganization -High turnover adds to the disorganization -not great for starting your career here, but starting senior or up is probably fine

      great discount if you have kids

      Inconvénients

      no training hours are given when you hire new associates or management. Your just expected to catch on quick, and be held accountable. I have a hard time with this as people are my passion. I want to see other succeed and know I as their leader have given them all the tools necessary!

      Avantages

      At one time before the merger this company had lots of work and would listen to their field operations guys, of course this is all not true now.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of work and management has not pursued further income. Management has checked out and does not care about future of inspectors.
