Horrible management team from CEO to VP of Sales To VP of Marketing, good ole boys club following each other from company to company. Over priced product, reliant on two main customers Apple and IBM

For what it's worth, RF Code does now have a different CEO, VP of Sales and head of Marketing, and they are taking the company in a better direction. Not appropriate to address the other comments here.
Software has outdated look and feel. Hardware should be optionally SNMP enabled. May be worthwhile to place more value on feedback from leading industry analysts, to focus more on core business and less on “exciting new” products.
