      Avantages

      Dedicated long time employees have kept things stable through management changes. Interesting engineering on products that have a mix of full-stack software and RF Code’s own RF hardware. Good place to grow. Dale (CEO since mid-2018) seems to be making headway.

      Inconvénients

      Company has a very low profile outside of Data Center business.

      Great people who really care about you.

      Inconvénients

      Software has outdated look and feel. Hardware should be optionally SNMP enabled. May be worthwhile to place more value on feedback from leading industry analysts, to focus more on core business and less on “exciting new” products.
