Thanks for your feedback. We are actively working on listening to our employees with our established set of core values and will keep this in mind to help improve our execution.
Software has outdated look and feel. Hardware should be optionally SNMP enabled. May be worthwhile to place more value on feedback from leading industry analysts, to focus more on core business and less on “exciting new” products.
