Exceptional staffing agency. This boutique agency works closely with clients to ensure the right fit for each placement. The recruiters are personable and work hard to provide an exceptional experience. I never felt like a client or cog as with other firms. Rather, I appreciate the time and effort put forth by the DRG to find the right fit.

All in all, this was a very negative work experience for me. I am hard pressed to come up with any Pro's

-Poor Account Management -"Will say anything (and at times, leave important details out) to get a placement " attitude -Devoid of Professionalism -Has, at times, been an extremely hostile work environment. (Yelling, screaming obscenities, etc) -No Structure -Over bearing management (Tries to bleed into personal life, weight/fitness, etc)
