      Inconvénients

      The management 'team' is made up of men who could not make it in any other environment than the toxic one they've created. Men are paid more than the women, they play favorites and encourage drama by openly showing favor to those who kiss up to them.

      Lousy salary structure. Men make more than women. Stingy time off policy including lunch and potty breaks. Tied to desk. Poor management. Peer consultation discouraged. No promotion opportunities.
