      Avantages

      -Amazing, inclusive culture. -Positivity out the whazoo -You work with very inspiring people -Transformative for you and the students you work with -You will be your best self here

      Inconvénients

      -SuperCamp has a culture of no-technology. Does nothing to promote healthy / beneficial use of smartphones / computers. -Very resistant to change. Very, very, very resistant. -Just consider yourself a volunteer that is getting paid the least amount possible so that they don't get sued again. -Clique-y, even among senior staff. Senior staff can be condescending at times as well. -Long as hell days. -Boring material that can definitely put you into snoozeville after seeing it the 3rd,5th,8th time.

      Avantages

      You see growth and learning in campers and yourself. Supercamp is a great place to work because you're surrounded by intense positive energy and by the end of the summer you get really close as a staff. Supercamp really only hires the best of the best and you'll meet lifelong friends. Being the leader of a team is a great experience and you get close with your campers too.

      Inconvénients

      Since the sessions are around a week or more and overnight, you're on duty 24/7. None of the staff get enough sleep or rest time but its inevitable in a camp environment. The fact that you're sometimes in a zombielike state doesn't take away from the overall great experience.
